Q. What time is Check-In and Check-Out?

A. Check-In is from 3pm. Check-Out by 11am. (Times may vary depending on plans and packages)


Q. Can I request a Non-smoking room?

A. Yes. If in the unlikely event that all non-smoking rooms are occupied, we will

De-odorize and purify the room using state of the art Ozone air cleaner


Q. How many people can stay in one room?

A. 3 person using the extra bed. 4 persons using the sofa bed, 5 persons in the Japanese suite.


Q. If I might (will be) running late should I contact you in advance? What is the policy?

A. Yes. Please call us and let us now if you are more than 2 hours behind schedule. If we do not hear from you and you are late by more than 2 hours of the scheduled arrival time we may cancel your booking and cancellation fee may be applicable


Q. Are there any rooms with a garden view?

A. Yes. There are two types of room. South facing “Garden side” rooms and north facing “Forest side” rooms. All suite rooms are south facing with a garden view. Please note that even in some south facing rooms depending on the floor, the garden may not be clearly visible. Please inquire and specify at the time of booking.


Q. What Amenities are available?

A. Amenities in each room includes: Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, body soap, tooth brush/ paste, shaving razor, hair brush, shower cap, cotton buds, slippers, shoe shine, tea making facilities. Fixtures include: Show horn, clothes brush, hair dryer, ta making facilities and comfortable room wear.


Q. Do you have any connecting rooms?

A. Yes. Please enquire at the time of booking.


Q. How much is the car park?

A. Guests can park for free. We have 220 available spaces.


Q. Do you have room service?

A. Unfortunately no.


Q. Can I connect to the internet?

A. All our guests can access internet by both wired and wireless Lan with 100Mbps in the room.


Q. Do I need a reservation?

A. In most cases we can accommodate walk-ins but depending on time and day you may experience delays. Please make a booking to avoid any inconveniences and disappointments.


Q. I have allergy and/ or food intolerances. Do you have special menu?

A. Please check with our staff prior to reservation/ ordering and we will offer you suitable alternatives.(Please note our kitchens and utensils handle all ingredients.)


Q. Is there a shuttle bus?

A. Yes. We have a shuttle bus that runs throughout the day between Sendai station, Izumi- chuo station and the hotel.

Q. How much does it cost by Taxi from Sendai station? Izumi- chuo station?

A. Around 4,000JPY by taxi from Sendai station (40 minute ride). Around 2,000JPY from Izumi- chuo station (15 minute ride).


Q. What brands do they have in the Outlet mall?
